All permits must be returned to the county or city that you are applying to so they can go through the zoning process or be processed for payment if they are an over the counter permit.
DO NOT EMAIL YOUR BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION DIRECTLY TO US.
The city or county will check your permit for zoning before it is sent to us for plan review. Please allow 10-15 business days for permit issue after you have submitted your application and complete set of plans. Please make sure you upload a complete set of plans in PDF form that show floor plan, cross sections, footing detail and elevation.
