City of Milaca Building Permit Application

Do not send your permit application directly to us. It needs to go to the city of Milaca for zoning or payment processing.

The city will check your permit for zoning before it is sent to us for plan review. Please allow 10-15 business days for permit issue after you have submitted your application and complete set of plans. Please make sure you include 2 complete sets of plans that show floor plan, cross sections, footing detail and elevation. One set is to be kept on site and one set will be for our office use.

Property Owner Waiver for Building Code

If you are the homeowner acting as your own general contractor, you will need the Property Owner Waiver along with the building permit application.
